1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OneInterface.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Service
You may use our API services for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service for harmful, illegal, or abusive purposes.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Billing and Credits
Our services are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis. Credits purchased are non-refundable but never expire. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
4a. Early Access — $100 Founding Member Credits
Users who sign up during the early access period are eligible to receive up to $100 USD in complimentary API credits. These credits are issued incrementally as a monthly stipend of $10 USD per calendar month for ten (10) consecutive months, beginning in the month the account is approved. Credits are issued on the first day of each month and accumulate — any unused balance carries forward to the following month. The full $100 is not made available upfront. Complimentary credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged or refunded. One redemption per account. OneInterface.ai reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue this programme at any time; any credits already issued will be honoured for thirty (30) days following notice of discontinuation.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content; to violate any third-party terms of service; or to attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
