Founding Infrastructure Engineer

We sit in the middle of every AI request — between 200+ upstream providers and thousands of downstream developers. Your job is to make that middle layer invisible: fast, reliable, and infinitely scalable. This is a role where the decisions you make in the first six months will define the architecture for years.

What you'll own

  • API gateway layer — routing, load balancing, failover across all providers
  • Rate limiting, usage metering, and per-customer quota enforcement
  • Provider health monitoring and automatic degradation handling
  • Billing reconciliation between upstream costs and downstream charges
  • Latency optimisation and edge caching strategies
  • On-call reliability — own the uptime SLA end-to-end

What we're looking for

  • Strong backend fundamentals — Node.js, Go, or similar
  • Experience building or operating high-throughput API systems
  • Comfortable with distributed systems, queues, and caching layers
  • Familiar with at least one major LLM provider API (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Bias for shipping: you prefer a working system over a perfect design doc
  • Bonus: background at an API-first company or infra/devtools startup

Founding Customer Success Engineer

You're the bridge between our product and the engineers and CTOs who decide to adopt it. You can read a codebase, run a technical demo, and close an enterprise deal — sometimes in the same afternoon. At this stage, this isn't a traditional sales role: you're shaping how the company goes to market and what we build next.

What you'll own

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle — discovery, technical demo, scoping, close
  • Build proof-of-concept integrations alongside prospective customers
  • Write integration guides, sample code, and migration playbooks
  • Be the voice of the customer internally — feed requirements directly into roadmap
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive net revenue retention

What we're looking for

  • Technical enough to write a working API integration on a whiteboard
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, solutions engineering, or developer relations
  • Comfortable navigating enterprise procurement — legal, security reviews, POs
  • Natural communicator who translates complex tech into business value
  • Familiar with the LLM/AI developer tooling landscape
  • Bonus: experience selling to engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs Eng, Staff Engineers)
